Merry Christmas, readers!
I hope you all had a wonderful holiday with loved ones, opened exciting gifts and ate scrumptious food! I, for one, enjoyed some time with family, burned A LOT of cardboard and paper, and watched Lord of the Rings. I also got to visit some family I haven't seen in quite some time! It really was quite the perfect way to end this quick and amazing year.
Can you believe it’s the end of the year already? It feels almost surreal that we are about to enter 2025. Which also means I’ve completed my 1-year internship with Mosaic Campus Ministry! It seems like just a few months ago, I returned from my YWAM Japan trip and started working in college ministry. If I’m being honest, I still feel like a newbie! That being said, I have learned so much since January and am eager for my next chapter: becoming staff! Although a little nerve-wracking, I am anxious to begin and see how God wants to use me for 2025.
On that note, I would like to share a quick video of this past year with Mosaic. (If the video is unable to play, please click here.)
Wow. Who knew it could go by so quickly, right? It's been truly inspiring to see how our ministry, students, and staff have grown in twelve short months. Mosaic Nights went from about 20 students to 30+, the Girl’s Journey Group doubled in size, more students became interested in being leaders AND leading Mosaic, so many amazing things! When I was making the video, it really helped me to take a step back and see just how far we have all come this busy year!
I also learned some of what it means to be a college missionary and how to lead students in this pivotal stage in their lives. That involved a lot of traveling, training, seminars, on-campus experience, workshops, etc. I’ve been constantly pushed out of my comfort zone this year, but I am grateful for every minute. I still have much to learn, but I believe this year of training will help me greatly as I transition into being staff.
And you know who has helped make all of this possible? You. Your generous support for our ministry, students, and I, whether that be finances, prayer, or spreading the word, has helped change students' lives on campus. So thank you! Thank you for committing your valuable support and resources to help spread the Good News of Jesus in one of the darkest places. We are all truly grateful for you!
As we prepare to enter 2025, I'd love to offer an invite for you to join my Ministry Partner Team. Whether that looks like support through prayer, finances, or resources, it would be an honor to have you join me in continuing to impact students’ lives. Out of the additional 25-30 monthly partners I’m searching for, I would love for you to be one of them! If you’re interested in monthly, annual, or one-time gifts, please click here to enter my partnership page. You may also click here to contact me directly with any additional questions! We have exciting things in store for 2025, and I would love to go on that adventure with you and begin the new year strong.
Again, thank you so much for your diligent and generous support as I learned what it means to be a college missionary. Thank you for supporting our students as they discover their true identity in Jesus Christ, and creating ambassadors for the Kingdom. I'm so grateful to God for each of you.
May God bless you this coming year. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I will see you all again in January!
